Evaluation of the Effectiveness Online Training to Improve Lecturers’ Ability in E-Learning Management Using Kirkpatrick Model. Objectives: This study aims at effectiveness online training for lecturers managing e-learning. uses an evaluation method with model which includes reactions, learning, behavior and results. Methods: The research approach is a mixed sequential explanation model, where quantitative methods are used first then qualitative next stage. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews. subjects students. Qualitative data were analyzed Miles Huberman processed descriptively by calculating percentages categorizing. Findings: results showed that reaction aspect was satisfied, learning high category, moderate category good category. Conclusion: it works effectively, but needs improvement technical implementation training. Keywords: evaluation, e-training, Kirkpatrick, Abstrak: Evaluasi Efektivitas Pelatihan untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Dosen Dalam Manajemen Menggunakan Model Kirkpatrick. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektifitas pelatihan secara bagi dosen dalam mengelola menggunakan metode penelitian evaluasi dengan yang meliputi reaksi, belajar, perilaku dan hasil. Metode: Pendekatan adalah mix explanatory, di mana kuantitatif digunakan terlebih dahulu kemudian pada tahap berikutnya kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan angket, wawancara. Subjek mahasiswa. kualitatif dianalisis diolah deskriptif menghitung presentase pengkategorian. Temuan: Hasil menunjukkan bahwa aspek reaksi berada kategori puas, belajar tinggi, cukup hasil baik.
